Concept

SALOLNE in "SALONE2007" is the Italian word SALA, meaning "room," with the suffix ONE, meaning "large," and means a large room, i.e., a guest room.

    Cancellations made after the reserved time without prior notice will be charged 100% of the course price for the number of people on the reservation. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • SALONE2007 Private room available

    Although it is only one room, we offer a private space that is different from the main dining room, and can be used for dining with precious persons or for important business entertainment.

    * The use of the private room is available for dinner only, and reservations are accepted by phone.
    * A separate private room charge of 11,000 yen (10% service charge not included) will be added. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Chefs

Keita Yuge

Born in Saga Prefecture, Japan in 1985. While in high school, played baseball and participated in the Koshien National High School Baseball Tournament.
After graduating from high school, studied abroad in Vancouver and enrolled in a local culinary school.
After returning to Japan, served 4 years at a famous French restaurant in Kyobashi, and then went to France to study at a 3-star restaurant in Paris for 1 year.
After that, moved from French cuisine to the world of Italian cuisine, joining the Salone Group's hidden ristorante "Il Teatrino da Salone".
In 2013, served the heavy responsibility of opening chef at Quintocanto in Osaka, and in March 2018, became the chef at Salone 2007, the group's main restaurant.
In October 2019, won the World's Best Pasta World Championship 2019 organized by Barilla, an Italian pasta manufacturer.
Launched his own YouTube channel "YUGETUBE" during the new Corona disaster, and currently has 200,000 channel subscribers.

Tetsumi Yamamoto

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1992. He was attracted to Italian cuisine when he started working part-time at a restaurant as a student. After graduation, he worked at three restaurants for a total of six and a half years, and at the age of 25, he moved to Italy to “study in the place where the cuisine was born.
After arriving in Italy, he studied at the Michelin starred restaurant “CUM QUIBUS” in San Gimignano, Tuscany, where he was appointed as the chef of the dolce department.
After returning to Japan, he joined the SALONE Group in 2018 and gained experience at “IL TEATRINO DA SALONE” in Minami Aoyama and “SALONE TOKYO” in Hibiya. In April 2025, he became the chef of “SALONE 2007,” the flagship restaurant and the starting point of the SALONE Group.
His motto is “Clear mind and quiet thought. He is always challenging himself to create new expressions by focusing on his cuisine with sincerity, while keeping a clear and quiet mind and valuing deep contemplation.
